Barton Hills Renovation

Hard to put into words the transformative power of a renovation. This 1940’s Frank Lloyd Wright inspired renovation has transformed my client’s lives. The entire Master Suite wing of the home was reconstructed and what was once a 5’ x 5’ master bathroom with a pedestal sink has been transformed with his and her vanities complete with a soaking tub and wet room. A cement floor replaced a very tired looking brick floor and the Great Room fireplace came back to life with a artfully designed tile installation. The home is adorned with bespoke furnishings throughout that capture the true style of the home.

With the new modern inspiration for the home and my clients love of cement floors we headed down the difficult path of finding an artisan that would take on the task of refinishing the floor. The process was not stress free but the outcome is amazing!
