Northville Township Residence I
The best compliment is always from the homeowner who said this home was taken to another level of sophistication. It makes all the hard work that goes into your efforts worth it! There are so many eye-catching spaces in this home it is hard to capture them into words! The cohesive use of color, textures, specialty lighting and carefully curated bespoke furniture all live in harmony in one open floor plan. Although this seems like a grand space that may not feel approachable each space invites you in with a warm and comfortable vibe!
My biggest challenge for this remodel and brand new addition was to ensure the New Addition and Existing Space would make a seamless transition. The 48”x48” Bianco tile anchors the space throughout. The Kitchen Nook is complete with bespoke furnishings. The Master Suite was completely transformed with a fireplace redesign and structural modifications. The lower Level once dressed in dark rustic wood panels and rustic stone columns has new life with built in cabinets that camouflage the columns and a built-in media wall with cozy seating.
The homeowner is an avid swimmer and wanted a lap pool so the only place to put it was to go underground below the basement level. This pool is enclosed in a beautiful wavy cream colored Marfil tile laid vertically to give the illusion of running water. Elongated sconces for a bit of drama and equipped with a jacuzzi, beverage center, tanning bed and cold plunge! A beautiful spa experience!
