There are so many special places in this home it is hard to put into words for this contemporary new build. The overall cohesive use of color, textures, Indirect lighting, ceiling designs with indirect throughout the home add special interest. Lighting niches mixed with the use of black framed glass predominantly throughout the home helped create a stunning, yet very comfortable environment to live in. The open floor plan creates a grand feeling with a very welcome vibe. During the design phase of this home, we started the process in the four seasons room. The glass-enclosed space from floor to ceiling invites nature in. With 12 FT ceilings throughout I opted to use the ceiling height to our advantage by adding a dramatic floating backlit niche in the Kitchen between 24 inches of space. The combination of custom quartered walnut and high gloss linen cabinets help create a modern but warm feeling to the Kitchen. Textured textiles mixed with earthy wood materials add to the Zen-like feeling.
